The SDGs Design Unit Report 2019

The SDGs Design Unit of the Faculty of Design was established in April 2018 to contribute to the field of design to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the United Nations.

To achieve our goals, the unit has approached the issues through the following strategies:

1. Creating awareness among our university students through project works
2. Inter-faculty research collaboration
3. Academia collaboration with overseas universities
4. Establishing the SDGs Design School as an outreach to the students from elementary to high schools
5. Organizing SDGs Design Forum to engage the different stakeholders from the universities, corporations, and governing bodies
